Frequently Asked Questions
Yes—absolutely, join the waitlist! It lets us know you’re interested and helps us learn more about the roles and industries you’re exploring. We’re also building a network of Kingdom-minded companies that are looking to hire future Operators, including those preparing to graduate or switch jobs during the program.

Possibly. What matters most is that you're working enough hours each week to apply what you're learning and that your schedule isn’t overloaded with classes. For example, we’ve seen students succeed while working 20–40 hours a week and taking one evening class. We make decisions on a case-by-case basis, so reach out—we’d love to talk through your situation.
-
We know you’re busy. That’s why the Collective involves 3 one-hour virtual sessions each month, plus some light reading in between. On average, you can expect to invest about 1–2 hours per week. It’s designed to be very manageable alongside a full-time job.
Totally okay. Most people (90%) don’t know if or where they are called to serve, making the Collective a great place to explore your interests, calling, and options. For example, many companies offer internships (paid/unpaid) for young professionals to do on summer breaks from school or between jobs. Other companies offer remote jobs to people living in the United States to gain access to customers and markets here in the US time zones. Some offer apprenticeship programs to work for a 1 or 2 year commitment. All of these are opportunities to explore with lower commitment.
That’s completely normal. Most early-career professionals are still discovering the right path. You might not enjoy your first job—or you might like the work, but not the company or manager. Through the program, you'll learn how to deliver real results in any role while working with a mentor to explore your options, gain clarity, and discern where God is calling you next.
When you join, we ask for a 3-month commitment—partly because you’ll receive some trendy welcome gear. But more importantly, those first three months give you time to fully experience the rhythm of the program, build relationships, and see if it’s the right fit. After that, you can choose to continue or opt out—no pressure.
The Collective is designed as a 12–24 month journey. Most Developing Operators commit to at least one year, but those who continue into a second year receive more advanced training and take on increased leadership opportunities—facilitating peer discussions, mentoring newer members, and refining their execution skills. Second-year Operators are also prepared to apply for the Forge, our higher-level program, when they’re ready for the next step.
Very interactive. This isn’t a series of self-paced online classes. In our weekly Operator Mastermind sessions, only about 15 minutes are teaching—the rest is live, discussion-based interaction with peers and mentors as you work through real ideas together. Our Global Community calls start with a book discussion but focus on a live conversation with a Frontier Operator who shares their story—so nearly half the session is open dialogue. Plus, for the Mentor check-in, many mentors are local and available to meet in person over coffee or a meal each month.
Yes! We use the Circle app to keep Operators connected—whether you’re networking around conferences and events, asking questions, or catching up on session recordings. Community is a core part of the experience, and this space helps you stay engaged and supported throughout the journey.
Yes, recordings will be available. Just note that many sessions include breakout discussions that aren’t captured on video. That’s why we strongly encourage joining live whenever possible—to fully engage, contribute, and grow alongside your peers.
